Gunpowder Podi
“Milagai Podi” or “Idli Karam Podi” is a very popular and almost a must have side dish along with rice, Idlis and Dosas in the southern part of India. Thanks to its spicy and flavorful aroma and taste, it is also known as the famous “Gunpowder” in most parts of the country
It’s made out of handpicked quality of Guntur Red Chilli, Urad Dal, Chana Dal and many other ingredients. All the ingredients are well cleaned and roasted before the grinding process, to give the right texture to the final product.
How to use it! - Can't get simpler!
- You can sprinkle it on Dosas, Idlis, Parathas, Rotis and many more
- You can use it as a side condiment to Dosas, Idlis, Parathas, Rotis and many more
- You can just mix it with hot rice and add ghee to it to enjoy the flavor
Important points to note
- One may experience irritation in the throat and cough if they consume the podi without mixing oil in it. So pls be watchful.
- Check the expiry date mentioned on the back of the packet before buying
- Podi can be refrigerated and also can be kept at room temperature
- We advise you to transfer the podi into a clean container to store.
- You can also use our pouch as a container and use it to sprinkle or serve. Ensure that the pouch is sealed if not in use
