If you are looking for a Millet rich quick breakfast on a busy Monday morning or a sumptuous lunch over
the weekend with sambar and podi or if you are looking for a healthy yet yummy ghee idlis for your kids
lunch box, this product is for you!!
It’s made out of handpicked quality of Bajra (Pearl Millets), Jowar (Sorghum), Ragi (Finger Millets) &
Urad Dal. Both Dal and the millets are cleaned and soaked overnight along with a few methi seeds and
then are stone grinded to get the authentic taste. This batter is well fermented and is ready to use.

Description

How to use it! – Can’t get simpler!

  • Wash the packet with clean water before cutting it open
  • Cut open the pack and add salt as per your taste. We don’t add salt in our batter
  • If you want to make Idlis, just stir the batter in the packet with the help of a spoon and put it in the idli
    molds and then steam it. Love yourself for ordering this better which gives you the softest possible
    Idlis. They taste amazing with Yours Freshly Gunpowder Podi or Curry Leaf Podi
    Secret – (Apply a little bit of butter or ghee on the surface of the molds before pouring the batter. Pamper yourself. You deserve it!)
  • If you want to make Dosas, just add a little bit of water to get a slightly thinner consistency of the
    batter. Take a Tawa (non stick/Cast Iron etc) and heat it up before pouring the batter. Heat it for 3-4
    minutes and then apply the batter and make Dosas. (There is no rule which says Dosas have to be
    round. Be creative!!!)
  • Apply a few drops of oil and ghee (depending on how much you want to pamper yourself) and once
    cooked, just slice it out of the tawa and enjoy the food. Dosas taste amazing with Yours Freshly
    Gunpowder Podi or Curry Leaf Podi

We would like you to be mindful of the following –

  • Do not buy puffed up packs from the store
  • Only buy refrigerated packs
  • Always store the batter in refrigerators (0 to 7 degrees is the optimal temperature)
  • After using the batter, if any is left over, store the remaining in the refrigerator
